  • Can I create a custom link?

    We don't currently have the option to customize the referral code associated with your affiliate. This code is generated by default when you assign up for the affiliate.

  • Can I provide a bonus offer?

    Absolutely! You can give your audience free trial access but you won't earn a commission until they purchase premium access to the course.

  • How are my referrals tracked?

    Everyone that visits Global Academy website through your unique referral link is tracked via a browser cookie that lasts 30 days. If they return any time within the 30 days and sign up for a premium course (not a free trial), you’ll be credited as the referee. If they click the referral link again, the 30 days restarts. Important note: if they click on another affiliate’s link, the cookie will no longer track for you. Make sure your referrals use only your link so that you get credited properly!

  • Requirement for becoming an affiliate on Global Academy

    1) You must have an email address to assign you a unique affiliate link. 2) A valid Paypal account for commission payout.

  • Where can I access my links, referral and payout information?

    You can always visit Each section in your affiliate menu on your dashboard to access your links, referral activity, your payouts, and also reach the Global Academy Partnerships Team anytime via message. Rewards are paid out after the 13th of each month, after we verify the referral.

  • How do I promote Global Academy?

    You can promote Global Academy to your audience according to your existing channels. For example, here are a few great places to start: 1) Your mailing list. 2) Your social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram etc). 3) Your website. 4) Your blog. 5) Your communities (in-person and online). 6) Your friends and family.

  • How much do I get paid?

    We’ll reward you with 30% of the revenue on each referral immediately after they sign up for a premium course.

  • When do I get paid?

    Keep in mind that you only start earning once your referrals become paying customers of Global Academy. If your referrals sign up for Global Academy’s free trial with your link and upgrade to a paid account right away, you can earn even sooner!

  • Why didn't I get paid?

    If you notice that you didn’t get paid, here are some things you can do to troubleshoot what might have happened. 1) Go to your dashboard and visit the Referrals section. 2) Check the status of your referrals. 3) If you notice something is off, you can check with the person you referred to see if they used your link to sign up. In most cases, the biggest reason why a referral isn’t tracked is because the person referred didn’t actually use the affiliate link. In these cases, we cannot properly attribute the referral to you. Now, if it appears that the referral did track correctly on your dashboard but you didn't get paid, you can inform the team by sending us a message.
